The convenience of a fixed price.
For efficient kitchen management: having a fixed price is an advantage that counts. In Belgium, the price of fresh eggs is determined each week based on the market price in Kruishoutem, which fluctuates with supply and demand. Unlike fresh eggs, we apply a fixed price for pasteurised eggs. This facilitates cost calculations and financial planning.

Smart packing
Efficient packaging saves time and space. Pasteurised eggs are packed in a sturdy cardboard carton. Within this the eggs are held in four transparent trays, each tray holding 30 eggs.

Shelf-life of at least 5 weeks.
You can keep a pasteurised egg in the fridge for at least 2 weeks longer than a non-pasteurised egg. Up until 5 weeks, a pasteurised egg is still fresh and tasty.
